Justin is known as a Jack of all Trades. For 4 years, he traveled the country as a Professional Rollerblader. While skating, he was able to experiment and transcend in other areas of interest such as hosting a program for ESPN, filming numerous videos, and writing music. His gift for music lead him to produce and perform shows around Arizona. His intelligence and quick-witted nature was eventually sought after by a small construction company who was eager to expand very quickly. Within 4 years of him teaming up with the company, he was able to help build them to the international status that they carry today.

 

As a lover of the environment and the outdoors, Justin participates and excels at many outdoor athletics, such as biking, hiking, and rock climbing. He credits his success in everything that he does to trusting in himself. Justin has never failed anything that he has tried because he doesn't give up or accept failure. 

 

A father of two, Justin carries a soft spot for children. He knows the importance of a positive influence in a child's life, and after much research, has concluded that it is the older aged Foster Children who bear the most lack for that key childhood factor. His priorities for the organization include providing a solid and constant foundation for the foster children. He will do this by keeping track of the children that are brought in to the programs regardless of their transitions throughout the system, which are frequent and often with little or no notice. His extensive line of contacts is beneficial to him as he will place the children with opportunities that will vary dramatically, depending on the child. This includes finding studios to display the work of aspiring artists, and equipment for athletic youth, musicians, dancers, etc. It is Justin's boundless mentality that will inspire children to reach for their dreams and ignore the fear of failure.
